This notice explains how CareLedger Plan Management handles enquiries through our pre-launch website.

What we collect

If you complete our interest form, we receive your name, email address and any general message you provide. We also record if you consent to launch updates. Please do not submit an NDIS number, health information, plan documents or other sensitive information.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if you selected the option, to send future launch news. An enquiry is not an NDIS participant onboarding request.

Where enquiries are handled

Netlify Forms processes and stores submissions. Authorised website administrators may access them or receive notifications. Netlify may process information outside Australia.

Access, correction or deletion

Contact the business through the CareLedger enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. Please provide a general description, without sensitive details.

Before launch

This notice must be completed with the actual legal entity, ABN, business contact details and review of privacy requirements before collecting public enquiries.
